Cream Ale – How To Brew Beer


A cream ale contains no cream and is only partially an ale. Martin brews his take on this style, with style guidance from professional brewer Whit Baker from Bond Brothers Brewery.

11 lbs Pilsner; German
8.0 oz Sugar; Corn (Dextrose)
0.75 oz Liberty Pellets – Boil 60.0 min
0.50 oz Liberty Pellets – Boil 10.0 min
1pkg Cream Ale Blend Yeast (WLP080)
Mash at 150F for 60 mins
Boil for 60 mins
